Tell us everything about Finn and Rachel’s glorious reunion.
She’s so excited to see him and he comes to New York and you know, it’s tough, I think that he’s been through a lot, she’s been through a lot, and they’re doing their best.
Is she mad that he’s been MIA?
His explanation is understandable.
We’re good TV watchers and we’re being told to watch out for Brody. What do you make of that relationship?
What happens between Rachel and Finn doesn’t have anything to do with Brody. He doesn’t get in between them, and I think that’s the misconception. What happens between Rachel and Finn really just happens on their own. That’s the best I can explain it without giving anything away,
How do you feel about watching Rachel stand on her own two feet and be independent?
I really love Rachel in a relationship, but I really love Rachel single and strong. I don’t really know if that’s going to be the case for her this season, but if it is, I know that she’s going to be ok.
And working with Kate Hudson, what’s that like?
The best. The best. It doesn’t get any better than that.
Talk a little about Rachel and Kurt (Chris Colfer) being roommates.
I love, love, love living with Kurt I love our apartment. It’s so cool. I love working with Chris, I wouldn’t have it any other way. Now we just need to find a way to get Naya to come and live with us as well, and have Santana live in New York.
Do you feel reinvigorated by the New York arc?
Oh my God, I feel amazing. I am having the best time. This is already my favorite year so far. I love being in the new locations, I love being on the new sets, they’re so gorgeous. I love working with Chris and Cory and Dean and Kate. It’s really amazing. I miss my glee club, but I know, I’ve already read a script where we’re reunited.
